- If you are having issues within the application or accessing the application ensure you follow the steps below
Step 1 – Email or call Retailer Helpdesk with the folowing information
UK ID, Name, Email address, contact number screen shot of error/issue, Dealer Code - Retailer Notes
- Ensure retailer is sent a Drive IT refrence number
Service or Application - United Kingdom-Manual Invoicing-E-P
Configuration Item - United Kingdom-Manual Invoicing-E-P or User Account
