If you are having issues within the application or accessing the application ensure you follow the steps below​

Step 1 – Email or call Retailer Helpdesk with the folowing information​

UK ID, Name, Email address, contact number screen shot of error/issue, Dealer Code

Retailer Notes
Ensure retailer is sent a Drive IT refrence number ​

Service or Application - United Kingdom-Manual Invoicing-E-P​

Configuration Item - United Kingdom-Manual Invoicing-E-P or User Account​

For errors within the application Assignment Group - ​

E_GBR_XXX_FCA_UK_IT_SYSTEMS_FCA​

For accesing the application (certificate issue) Assignment Group - ​
