Step 1 – Email or call Retailer Helpdesk with the folowing information

Step 2 – Email form to servicedesk-gbr@hdsupport.stellantis.com - Retailer Notes
- Ensure retailer is sent a Drive IT refrence number and the form is attched to the Drive IT ticket
