49 - New Retailer or Site

- For security purposes FCA UK Applications require a certificate to be accessed. You will need a certificate to access AFRL, IOS, MICS & Document Archive.
When a new retailer/site/brand is contracted to Stellantis. Certificates are managed via the onboarding process lead by IT UK Dealer Systems. IT UK dealer systems will contact admins at site and project manage the process from start to finish. A welcome email will be sent to the nominated admins at site

Retailer Certificate- PCDV

- UK IT manage the roll out of certificates over the year. Exisitng retailers and users are emailed and instructed to log a call with the retailer helpdesk when certifiates are set to expire. Once the retailer logs a request SD will pass the ticket to EUS.
If a retialer needs a certificate installed on a adoch basis (change of PC, New user etc) then ensure you log a call with the Retailer Helpdesk
