- Link entry is a Stellantis central developed and managed application. is a portal for retailers to access multiple Stellantis Sales and aftersales systems. Your mypeople master admin within the retailer group is respsosnible setting up ID's in mypeople in order to access Link Entry.

- MVS/Account Form Errors within the OCF process in link entry should be reported tothe retialer helpdesk
Step 1 – Email or call Retailer Helpdesk with the folowing information
UK ID, Name, Email address, contact number screen shot of error/issue, Dealer Code - Retailer Notes
- Ensure retailer is sent a Drive IT refrence number and the form is attched to the Drive IT ticket
