Connect D is UK developed and managed application. It allows you to log car flow requests/issues. Depending on the nature of your request; a Drive IT ticket will need to be managed accordingly.

When a new retailer/site/brand is contracted to Stellantis. Connect D set up (Dealer code and users) are managed via the onboarding process lead  by IT UK Dealer Systems. IT UK dealer systems will contact admins at site and project manage the process from start to finish. A welcome email will be sent to the nominated admins at site
