- When a new retailer/site/brand is contracted to Stellantis. Document Archive set up (Dealer code and users) are managed via the onboarding process lead by IT UK Dealer Systems. IT UK dealer systems will contact admins at site and project manage the process from start to finish. A welcome email will be sent to the nominated admins at site

- UK IT manage Document Archive application. If you need a new account set up or changes within the Docuemnt Archive application or to report issues or concerns; ensure you follow the steps below
Step 1 – Email or call Retailer Helpdesk with the folowing information
UK ID, Name, Email address, contact number, Dealer Code

- Ensure retailer is sent a Drive IT refrence number
