For security purposes FCA UK Applications require a certificate to be accessed. You will need a certificate to access AFRL, IOS, MICS & Document Archive.
When a new retailer/site/brand is contracted to Stellantis. Certificates are managed via the onboarding process lead  by IT UK Dealer Systems. IT UK dealer systems will contact admins at site and project manage the process from start to finish. A welcome email will be sent to the nominated admins at site

39 - New xF user to AFRL

If you are a brand new user that requires the ability to register an FCA branded vehicle; you need to complete the AFRL training module. This module can be found on the Stellantis training Hub via Link Entry

Step1 – Access Stellantis AFRL Training (Search for AFRL) ​

Step 2 - Complete Training ​

Step 3 - Email academyconcierge@stellantis.com with your completion certifcate. Step 4 - Academy will contact IT internally and advise IT to set up the account ​

Step 5 – You will receive confirmation​
